01. Installation of Brother HL L2370DW printer

Unpack the printer

  • Unpack your Brother HL L2370DW printer and take out all the accessories you received along with it.
  • You will receive the Brother printer, drum unit and toner cartridge, installation disc, and a quick setup guide.
  • Remove all the packing tapes and the protective coverings from the printer and its components.

Installation of the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly

  • Open the front door of the printer.
  • Install the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly into the holder and press it until it fits in its place.
  • Once you install the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly correctly, close the printer's front door.

Load paper

  • Pull out the paper tray entirely out of the printer.
  • Slide the paper guides towards the edges.
  • Fan and align the paper neatly and load them into the paper tray with the print side facing down.
  • Slide the edge guides against the paper and insert the paper tray completely into the printer.
  • Make sure not to load the paper more than the indicated limit.

Connect the power cord

  • Connect the printer to an electrical socket using its power cord. Then, press the power button on your printer.
  • Choose your preferred language using the up and down arrow buttons.
  • Now, proceed to install the software on your computer.

Software installation and wireless setup
