Unboxing & Setup:

Open the printer box and then take all the contents out of the box. The box contents are:

  • First, remove all the protective tapes around the printer.
  • Open the scanning platform and remove the protective material from the printer.
  • Now, open the toner cover and then take the packing materials out of the printer.
  • Next, gently remove the toner cartridge from the cover and shake the toner cartridge.
  • Place the toner on a flat surface, and then pull the sealing tape completely out.
  • Place the toner cartridge in the correct position and then slide the toner into the printer.
  • Finally, close the toner cover and the scanning platform.

Steps to load a stack of paper:

  • To load a stack of paper into the printer, open the paper cassette and then remove the protective tape.
  • Slide the paper guides a little wider than the side of the paper stack.
  • Load the stack of paper into the paper cassette and slide the paper guides to hold the edges of the paper.
  • Make sure that you use the paper stack below the load limit.
  • Press the protrusion and then pull the output tray extension.
  • Now, lift the paper stopper.
