Unboxing and setting up the Canon Pixma MX492 printer for the first time

Unpacking the printer

If you’re going to set up a new Canon Pixma MX492 printer for the first time, then unpack it completely (if you haven’t done it yet).

After unpacking the printer, place it closer to an active electrical outlet and go to the next step of the printer setup.

Turning on the printer

Get the printer’s power cord provided along with it during the purchase.
