01. Installation Of Canon PIXMA TS6320

Unpacking and Initial Setup:

The printer box contains the Canon PIXMA TS6320 printer, power cord, CD-ROM, Get started guide, safety and essential product information, and ink cartridges. All the materials inside the box are recyclable.

• First, you have to take out the printer and check all the materials inside the box. Ensure that they are not damaged.
• Next, peel off the orange tape from the outside of the printer.
• Turn and remove the orange tape from the backside of the printer.
• Open the scanning unit and remove the orange tape.
• You can now close the scanning unit.
• Plug the power cord into your Canon printer and connect the other end to an electrical outlet. Press the ON button.

• Close the scanner unit or cover. The printer will start initializing.

Paper loading steps:

• Firstly, drag the cassette from the printer.
• Remove the cassette cover.
• Pull the right paper guides to the right edge and align the front paper guides with the letter A4.
• Load plain paper inside the cassette with the print side facing down.
• Attach the cover and put the cassette back into the printer.
• On the control panel, tap OK.

Software downloading – Driver

• Go to Canon's official website and select Printer.
• Type Canon PIXMA TS6320 in the product search bar.
• Click on the Drivers option.
• Choose Windows from the Operating System drop-down menu and select the Language.

• Peel the orange tape from the outside of the printer. Also, remove the tape from the printer’s back section.
• It is now time to open the scanning unit or cover and remove the orange tape.
• Once done, close the scanning unit.
• Next, connect the power cord to the rear part of the printer. Plug the other end of the power cord into an electrical socket. Press the ON button.
• Using the arrow button, select the Language and press OK.
• Now, move on to the ink cartridge installation part.

Installing ink cartridges:

• First, you’ll have to open the scanner unit.
• The cartridge holder comes to the installation position.
• Get hold of the FINE cartridges from the pack.
• Remove the tape and film from the FINE cartridges.
• Slowly take out the orange cap.
• Insert the FINE cartridges (Tricolor and Black ) one by one into the holder and press down until it fits inside.
• Close the scanner unit. The printer will start initializing.

Paper loading steps:

• Firstly, drag the cassette from the printer.
• Remove the cassette cover.
• Move the paper guides to their extreme positions.
• Load plain paper inside the cassette such that the print side is facing down.
• Attach the cover and place the cassette into the printer.
• On the control panel screen, press OK.

• Go to Canon's official website and select Printer.
• Type Canon PIXMA TS6420 printer in the product search bar. Click on the Drivers option.
• Select Windows from the Operating System drop-down menu and choose the Language.
