Troubleshooting solutions for Epson ET-2760

  • A printer may start to malfunction over a period of time. However, with the proper troubleshooting techniques, you can fix the issue without much effort.
  • When there is a paper jam on your printer, you need to take out all the jammed paper from the specific area. Once you have taken out all the jammed paper, you can resume the printing job.
  • If your printer is facing paper feed issues, you need to check the paper you have loaded into your printer. If the paper is curled or damp, your printer will not feed those sheets. Also, check the paper guides. If they are too tight, your printer will not feed the paper. Always load paper after fanning and aligning the paper. Make sure not to overload the sheets beyond the indicated limit. These measures can help you prevent paper jam and paper feed issues.
  • If your printer is offline, you need to check your Internet's stability. If you find no fault with it, you need to check whether you have enabled the Use Printer Offline option. To do so, click Start and go to the Devices and Printers section. Right-click on your printer and choose the See what's printing option. Go to the Printer menu and disable the Use Printer Offline option. If necessary, update the printer driver.
  • Whatever the issue is, a simple power cycle can help you fix the issue without much effort. To power cycle your printer, turn it off and disconnect the power cable. Wait for a minute and reconnect the power cable to your printer. Turn on the printer and check whether the issue is resolved.
