Unboxing the printer:

  • Get the printer out of the package.
  • Take out the printer supplies and keep them aside for later use.
  • Next, lift the printer cover until it clicks into place.
  • Remove the protective tapes and covers from the printer.
  • Close the printer cover and proceed to fill the ink tanks.

Filling the ink tanks:

  • Open the ink tank cover and the black ink tank cap.
  • Open the black ink bottle and insert it into the filling port of the black ink tank.
  • Wait for the ink bottle to completely fill the ink tank.
  • Make sure not to squeeze the ink bottle while filling the ink.
  • Take the ink bottle away from the tank and secure it with the cork.
  • Close the ink tank cap and repeat the above steps to fill the rest of the ink tanks.

Configuring the basic preferences:

  • Connect your printer to an electrical outlet using the power cable that is included in the printer package.
  • Next, press the Power button to power up the printer.
  • Pick your language, country, date, and time.
  • Select Done to charge the ink.

  • Insert the bottle into the black ink tank’s filling port.
  • Let the ink bottle be undisturbed while filling the ink tank.
  • Remove the ink bottle and close the ink tank cap.
  • Repeat the same procedure to fill the rest of the ink tanks.

Configuring the basic settings:

  • Connect your printer to a wall outlet using the provided power cord.
  • Raise the printer control panel and press the Power button to turn on the printer.
