01. First Time Installation Of HP Deskjet 2620

HP Deskjet 2620 Installation

If you are setting up the HP DeskJet 2620 printer for the first time, follow these steps.

Unboxing Printer:

  • Take out the printer from the package.
  • Check the printer components.
  • Remove all the protective tapes from the outside of the printer.
  • Lower the front output tray and remove the packing materials inside the printer.
  • Remember to recycle the packing materials.
  • Connect your HP printer to an electrical outlet using the provided power cord.
  • Press the Power button to turn on the printer.
  • Wait until the printer is idle before you continue.

Installing Ink Cartridges:

  • Open the output tray and then the ink cartridge access door.
  • Wait until the carriage stops moving.
  • Take out the ink cartridges from the package.
