01. First time installation of HP ENVY Photo 7855

Step 1: Unpack the printer

Unbox the HP ENVY 7855 printer from the package and remove all the contents from the box.
Remove all the protective tapes from the printer and its contents.
Make sure that you place the printer nearby the power outlet.

Step 2: Turn on HP ENVY Photo 7855

Connect the power cord and make sure your printer is on.
Access the touch control panel on your printer and open Setup.
Choose the Language, Date, and Time.

Step 3: Install the ink cartridges

Your control panel will help you to install the ink cartridges provided.
Remove the protective tapes from the ink cartridges.
Open the top panel of your HP ENVY Photo 7855.
Place the ink cartridges on their respective slots where the color indicator will be provided.
Insert the cartridges securely.
